Professional Marketplace Agreement

By registering and using Funkaish Connect, you agree to these marketplace and booking rules.

1. Your status

You provide services as an independent professional or business. Funkaish Connect introduces clients and professionals; it does not employ you or provide the beauty service.

2. Accurate information and verification

Provide truthful information, maintain suitable insurance and required qualifications, and advertise only services you are competent and legally permitted to perform.

3. Requests and quotes

You may review a client request and either quote or decline it. Quote only when you can reasonably attend the requested date and time and deliver the service.

4. Free connections

Funkaish Connect currently does not charge professionals for client connections and does not process service payments. You agree the service price and payment arrangement directly with the client. We will give reasonable notice before introducing any future platform fee or payment service.

5. Cancellations

You may cancel from your dashboard if you can no longer provide the service. Select a truthful reason and cancel promptly. Repeated avoidable or late cancellations may reduce visibility or lead to account review.

6. Contact and completion

Use private booking messages to communicate. After providing the service, mark the booking complete so the client can submit a rating. Never mark an unperformed service complete.

7. Conduct and privacy

Communicate respectfully, protect client information and use it only for the requested service. Follow appropriate hygiene and safety requirements and the Privacy Policy.

8. No guaranteed work and suspension

A profile or request does not guarantee work or income. Funkaish Connect may suspend or remove profiles for inaccurate information, unsafe conduct, excessive cancellations, complaints or breach of this agreement.
